📋 Description

• Develop, maintain and enhance applications using Java 8, EJB, JPA/Hibernate and RESTful APIs. • Participate in systems analysis, requirements gathering and design of technical solutions. • Take part in technical planning, estimations and solution architecture definition. • Develop integrations between distributed systems in a high-availability environment. • Ensure application quality, performance, security and scalability. • Create and optimize SQL queries and work with relational databases. • Apply software engineering best practices, clean code and version control. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business areas to ensure value delivery. • Provide support and evolution of critical systems in the banking sector. • Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience with Java 8 or newer. • Knowledge of EJB, JPA/Hibernate and RESTful API development. • Experience in systems analysis, requirements gathering and technical planning. • Proficient with SQL and relational databases. • Experience integrating distributed systems. • Knowledge of software engineering best practices, application performance, security and scalability. • Experience in agile environments (Scrum/Kanban). • Analytical, collaborative, organized and delivery-oriented profile. • Good communication skills and ability to work on critical projects and in regulated environments.
