📋 Description

• Map and analyze processes related to product quality and user experience • Identify opportunities to improve the platform’s user journeys and processes • Align needs and expectations with managers, business areas, and product teams • Conduct user research to understand needs, behaviors, pain points, and opportunities • Analyze research findings and turn them into insights to drive product evolution • Develop and refine user journeys and navigation flows • Work with information architecture • Create wireframes, prototypes, and interfaces using Figma • Use FigJam for flows, journeys, workshops, and collaborative activities • Contribute to the evolution of the product’s visual interface and user experience • Create and maintain UX/UI documentation • Work with product, technology, and other professionals involved in platform development • Track deliverables and support solution improvements throughout the development lifecycle • Use the Mosaik CMS • Use Office 365 and Business Map for documentation, tracking, and deliverable management
