📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain robust C#.NET solutions, including Windows Services, WPF and WinForms clients, console applications, and Named Pipes inter-process communication • Build server-side components using ASP.NET Web API and Web Forms integrating with Active Directory, Azure, Intune, SQL Server, and SCCM/MECM • Modernize legacy VBScript and classic scripting into maintainable C#.NET services and libraries • Implement REST and RPC APIs, ITSM integrations, OAuth, incident creation, attachments, and Microsoft Graph API compliance and inventory feeds • Package, sign, and release MSI installers and own deployments through UAT, endpoint management, and production rollout • Automate file distribution and multi-server synchronization workflows • Own CI/CD build and release automation with PR validation, quality gates, automated tests, and staged deployments • Use AI coding assistants responsibly with rigorous review, testing, and ownership of shipped code • Plan, merge, test, and validate assigned modules before handoff • Produce design documents, test evidence, and release notes while following branching, PR, and versioning practices • Provide L3 engineering support and drive root-cause analysis • Contribute across the SDLC using Agile methodologies and manage multiple priorities

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on C#.NET development experience • Track record of delivering production-grade solutions with minimal oversight • Solid experience with SQL Server or MySQL, Azure, and PowerShell • Exposure to JavaScript, Python, or other scripting languages • Experience developing web applications and working with MVC patterns • Experience integrating with ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow • Strong understanding of OOP principles and common design patterns • Hands-on experience designing and maintaining YAML-based CI/CD pipelines covering build, test, artifact management, and release • Practical use of AI coding assistants and judgment to accept, refine, or reject AI-generated code • Awareness of responsible AI usage, data classification, and prompt hygiene with third-party AI tools • Ability to test rigorously, capture evidence, and communicate status clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders • Maturity to ask clarifying questions early, push back constructively, and avoid rework • Nice to have: exposure to SCCM/MECM, Intune, and Active Directory • Nice to have: basic understanding of Linux environments • Nice to have: exposure to small AI agents or low-code AI workflows, RAG concepts, or LLM integration in .NET applications
