📋 Description

• Develop and maintain customer CRM integrations • Support customers' existing codebase • Resolve bugs and implement new features for compatibility with the latest CRM CTI APIs • Contribute to an agile team delivering a scalable, highly available global voice platform • Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, Engineering Leaders, and Test Engineers • Apply performance, scalability, and reliability best practices throughout the software development lifecycle • Troubleshoot, maintain, and support the production environment in line with DevOps principles • Design, develop, debug, and implement software solutions using JavaScript, Java, Spring, and related technologies • Produce comprehensive unit and functional test coverage • Create clear technical documentation and communicate with stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of industry experience in frontend development (JavaScript, TypeScript, React) • 3+ years of experience in Java backend development • Deep knowledge of Spring frameworks • Hands-on experience designing and implementing scalable, high-performing microservices providing REST APIs • Expertise in web development technologies, including HTML and CSS • Experience with modern front-end frameworks • Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure • Expertise in server-side technologies and SQL or NoSQL databases • Experience working on complex problems spanning multiple products and systems • Experience working within an Agile/Scrum team • Knowledge of real-time communications such as SIP and RTP is nice to have
