📋 Description

• Recruit for multiple positions on an international scale across Germany, the UK, and other international markets • Develop sourcing strategies and target lists for live roles • Source candidates through internet searches, internal and external databases, industry publications, cold calling, networking referrals, and recruiting systems • Track candidate pipelines, priorities, and performance data for internal stakeholders • Partner with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers on candidate selection, compensation, and recruitment strategy • Improve talent attraction methods and recruiting processes • Collaborate with business areas on proactive workforce planning and resource alignment • Market and support local recruitment events • Support recruiting activities across multiple countries • Manage the recruiting process from requisition approval through successful candidate onboarding

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced English and German language skills • Bachelor's degree preferred; or high school diploma + additional experience • 5+ years experience in a Recruiting environment • Proven track record of managing high workload and difficult recruitment searches • Ability to drive an end-to-end recruiting process from kick-off meeting to candidate interviews • Resourcefulness, initiative, and ability to develop innovative solutions for difficult openings • Experience with employer branding, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management • Exceptionally strong communication skills with stakeholders at all levels • Ability to prioritize, push back, demonstrate urgency, and remain customer focused and collaborative • Experience with Workday HRIS & Recruiting is advantageous
