📋 Description

‱ Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, facilitating efficient communication and workflow. ‱ Answer and manage incoming calls professionally and promptly. ‱ Schedule sales appointments and manage the CEO's calendar. ‱ Prepare, format, and proofread business documents and reports. ‱ Collaborate with sales and marketing teams for proposal development. ‱ Conduct research to support business initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

‱ Minimum of 2 years as an executive or virtual assistant. ‱ Proven experience in handling administrative tasks, scheduling, and proposal preparation. ‱ Significant previous experience as an executive assistant may substitute for a degree. ‱ Strong English proficiency is preferred. ‱ Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ‱ Professional phone etiquette and customer service orientation. ‱ Organizational: Strong time management and multitasking abilities. ‱ Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy. ‱ Technical: Proficient in using Office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace). ‱ Familiarity with CRM systems and scheduling tools (e.g., Salesforce, Calendly).
