📋 Description

• Establish and develop new supplier relationships in PVC raw materials, recyclates, and post-consumer and post-industrial materials • Actively manage and further develop existing partners to ensure and increase material volumes • Independently monitor the market and identify new opportunities in recycling and material flow management • Conduct price and contract negotiations with suppliers and business partners • Manage leads, activities, and commercial terms in the CRM system • Work closely with production, logistics, and management to ensure stable material flows • Develop pragmatic solutions across the supply chain • Analyze market, price, and product developments within your area of responsibility

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in field sales, sales, purchasing, or material flow management — preferably in an industrial environment or the recycling sector • Strong communication skills, negotiation ability, and enjoyment in building long-term business relationships • Independent, reliable, and goal-oriented working style • Proficiency in English for collaboration with international partners • Based anywhere in Germany is acceptable • Willingness to travel within the assigned coverage area is required
