📋 Description
• Support the commercial team on the back end in progressing leads and opportunities through to conversion • Plan, schedule, and coordinate OdonAssist training sessions for customers and internal teams • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key customers already using OdonAssist across Europe • Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively address issues
🎯 Requirements
• 3–5 years of experience in customer relationship management or sales support in a medical or healthcare environment • Nice to have: experience in maternal health, obstetrics, or related medical fields • Fluency in English required; Spanish, German or any other EU languages an asset • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
