📋 Description

• You take full responsibility for managing the fresh and service counters at your HIT store • You strike the right balance between demand-driven purchasing and swift turnover • You ensure product availability and that performance metrics in your area of responsibility are met • Together with your team, you present products attractively • You advise and serve customers in an individual, personal, expert and friendly manner • You are responsible for the service counters and ensure the optimal performance of the corresponding refrigerated displays • Through careful staff scheduling and your ability to motivate, develop and inspire employees, you ensure smooth operations

🎯 Requirements

• Completed vocational training as a specialist sales assistant in the fresh-food sector or as a butcher • Ideally a master butcher qualification or further training as a meat or cheese sommelier • Preferably some initial leadership experience at service counters • Strong knowledge of a wide range of sausage, meat, cheese and fish products • A sociable, responsible team-player personality
