📋 Description

• Act as a SAP Business One (B1) Consultant at mid-level • Develop requirements documentation and user manuals • Provide training and support to users • Ensure that testing is completed before the system goes live • Provide ongoing support to ensure proper system operation • Develop and maintain user queries, procedures, views, and functions • Develop and maintain reports in Crystal Reports • Establish and cultivate strategic partnerships that can drive product development and adoption • Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement • Other related departmental duties.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working with SAP Business One (SAP B1) • Training and certifications in support, MS Office, and SAP B1 • Strong communication skills (ability to teach/train and to summarize information concisely) • Proactive, organized, team-oriented, and able to maintain good interpersonal relationships • Preferred: Knowledge of the AgrotisOne, FinancialOne, and INVENT add-ons • Previous experience in distribution, commerce/trade, or agribusiness • Knowledge of the A2W add-on • Advantage: Advanced English.
