📋 Description

• Lead transformation initiatives related to risk management, governance, and compliance • Conduct workshops to gather business and regulatory requirements • Design operating models for governance and risk management programs • Align ServiceNow capabilities with applicable compliance frameworks • Design Integrated Risk Management (IRM) solutions, including enterprise and operational risk, policy and compliance, audit, business continuity, and vendor risk • Design and optimize Security Operations workflows • Support Vulnerability Response programs and Security Incident Response initiatives • Identify automation opportunities and improve visibility into security processes • Advise clients on risk management maturity and compliance strategies • Provide recommendations on platform governance and organizational controls • Recommend industry best practices to enhance risk, compliance, and security processes • Perform other duties related to the function

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience with ServiceNow • Experience with IRM/GRC and Security solutions • Experience implementing regulatory and compliance frameworks • Experience leading business and compliance workshops • Knowledge of Integrated Risk Management (IRM), Policy and Compliance, and Risk Management • Knowledge of Business Continuity Management, Vendor Risk Management, and Audit Management • Experience with or knowledge of Security Operations, Vulnerability Response, and Security Incident Response • Knowledge of Flow Designer, Integration Hub, reporting, and dashboards • Experience configuring Workspaces • Bachelor’s degree required • Advanced conversational English
