📋 Description

• Design, develop, test, and implement integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise applications • Develop and maintain integrations using REST APIs, SOAP Services, IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, Import Sets, and Transform Maps • Develop custom APIs and Scripted REST Services in ServiceNow • Configure inbound and outbound integrations with cloud and on-premises systems • Develop reusable integration frameworks and automation components • Develop server-side JavaScript solutions, including Business Rules, Script Includes, Scheduled Jobs, and UI Actions • Configure event-driven integrations and real-time synchronization processes • Implement secure authentication and ensure compliance with security standards • Monitor integration performance, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues • Support production environments and perform root cause analyses • Create and maintain technical documentation, API specifications, architecture diagrams, and operating procedures • Collaborate with architects, developers, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable integration solutions • Perform other duties related to the area

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience in ServiceNow development • Experience designing and developing integrations • Strong hands-on experience with REST APIs and SOAP Web Services • Experience with ServiceNow IntegrationHub and Flow Designer • Experience configuring and supporting MID Servers • Strong knowledge of JavaScript development • Experience integrating enterprise applications in cloud and on-premises environments • Knowledge of OAuth 2.0, JWT, Mutual TLS, API Keys, and integration security best practices • Experience developing Scripted REST APIs and custom integration solutions • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban) • Bachelor's degree completed • Advanced or fluent English proficiency for conversation • The following are considered a plus: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD), Azure Integration Services, AWS/Azure/GCP integrations, JDBC integrations, CI/CD, DevOps, Enterprise Architecture, integration patterns, Utilities/Energy industry experience, ITIL Foundation, ServiceNow CSA, ServiceNow IntegrationHub Certification, ServiceNow Implementation Certifications, and Cloud Integration Certifications
