📋 Description

• Lead CSDM and Service Modeling workshops with business and IT stakeholders • Assess current CMDB structures, service models, ownership definitions, relationships, and data quality challenges • Define the target CSDM architecture, governance standards, and adoption roadmaps • Establish data ownership, lifecycle management, Service Mapping standards, and governance processes • Translate business requirements into ServiceNow data models, user stories, and implementation requirements • Define reconciliation strategies, governance controls, dashboards, and data quality metrics • Collaborate with Discovery, Service Mapping, Integration, Architecture, and ITSM teams • Support CMDB and CSDM adoption initiatives across the organization • Validate service models and CMDB data with business stakeholders and technical teams • Develop operating procedures, governance documentation, and best practices • Drive continuous improvement in CMDB data quality and service visibility • Perform other duties related to the function

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience with ServiceNow, CMDB, CSDM, or IT Operations consulting • Strong experience with CMDB governance, Service Modeling, and the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) • Experience leading workshops with business stakeholders and technical teams • Solid knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB architecture and its data models • Experience defining data governance frameworks and ownership models • Experience translating business requirements into ServiceNow data and service models • Knowledge of ITSM processes and their interaction with CMDB and CSDM • Experience working in Agile environments • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills • Ability to collaborate with architecture, operations, and engineering teams • Completed university degree • Advanced or fluent conversational English; an interview stage will be conducted in English
