• Responsible for all coordinated sales efforts within Altor Solutions’ customer channels • Developing new accounts; growing and maintaining existing accounts; meeting all assigned territory targets • Preparing an annual sales budget; preparing a resin margin forecast; setting new business goals • Drive sales to meet and exceed quarterly sales and profitability targets • Prospecting new accounts while maintaining (and growing) existing customer business • Routinely visit customers within a defined sales plan; developing trusting customer relationships • Making product presentations & training sessions to all targeted customers within the territory • Develop key account plans for top accounts • Work in conjunction with the sales team while prospecting and developing new business • Maintain profitability on existing accounts and improve margins where possible • Provide weekly updates of new projects and participate in pipeline review meetings with sales team • Securing business via long-term contracts or supply agreements; communicating custom projects to sales and engineering teams • Completing RFQ forms to quote customers on new opportunities • Completing & submitting monthly sales and opportunity reports • Completing & submitting monthly expense reports in a timely fashion.
• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from an accredited college or university • 2 to 5 years sales experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience • Sales experience in packaging or direct-oriented industry • Bi-lingual in English/Spanish is required • Manufacturing industry knowledge preferred • Proficient with Microsoft Office -- MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other data entry order processing systems, ERP - NetSuite and CRM - Salesforce.
