📋 Description

• Act as the first line of support for INFOR Time & Attendance users (employees, managers, HR, payroll) • Manage user access, roles, and permissions in compliance with company policies • Support system configuration (shift patterns, pay rules, leave types, accruals, schedules) • Monitor integrations between INFOR T&A, Payroll, and HRIS to ensure data accuracy • Provide timely assistance to end-users via email, ticketing system, or phone • Create and maintain user documentation, quick reference guides, and FAQs • Run standard and ad-hoc reports (attendance, overtime, leave balances, compliance metrics)

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field (preferred) • 2+ years of experience with HRIS, payroll, or time & attendance systems • Hands-on experience with INFOR Time & Attendance (or other INFOR HCM modules) strongly preferred • Strong customer service and communication skills • Ability to troubleshoot application issues and provide clear guidance to end-users • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and reporting tools • Knowledge of payroll processes and labor law compliance (advantageous)
