📋 Description

• Manage monthly sales reporting, sales pipeline reporting, and the annual forecasting/budget process for Solid Board subsidiaries • Ensure overall data quality related to sales controlling, including cost accounting • Provide comprehensive reports and analyses to central management and the sales organisation • Act as sparring partner for management and sales • Manage the strategic pricing process in collaboration with procurement, sales, and plants • Improve and digitalize sales tools, including Compass, Qlik, and the CRM system • Participate in strategic growth projects and related management steering committees

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in controlling, preferably in sales controlling and in an international environment • Master's degree in economics, business administration, or similar • Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel • Preferably experience with SAP, BW, and Qlik • Working knowledge of SQL environments and database queries • Fluent in English and German • Proactive approach and strong analytical skills • Ability to communicate through all levels of an organization • Eager to drive initiatives toward a common goal • Highly structured and able to coordinate different workflows
