📋 Description

• Formulate and execute a sales strategy within an assigned territory resulting in new customer acquisition • Proactively prospect, identify, qualify and develop a sales pipeline (100% net new logo) • Close business to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual new business targets • Strategically prospect into CTOs, Engineering/IT Leaders, & technical end users • Participate in sales enablement trainings, including Sales Bootcamp and leadership and development programs • Partner with Solutions Architects and Professional Services to achieve customer satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• Thai communication skills (Must) • 7+ years field experience of quota-carrying experience in a fast-paced and competitive market with a focus on new business • Demonstrated ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology • Proven track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets (President’s Club, Rep of the Year, etc.) • Skilled in building business champions and running a complex sales process • Driven and competitive: Possess a strong desire to be successful • Skilled in managing time and resources; sound approach to qualifying opportunities • Possess aptitude to learn quickly and establish credibility. High EQ and self-aware • Previous Sales Methodology training (e.g. MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger Sales) (preferred) • Familiarity with databases, developers and open source technology (preferred)
