📋 Description

• Lead the company's Artificial Intelligence strategy • Define the architecture of AI solutions • Structure the AI Center of Excellence (CoE) • Support the evolution of the organization's AI strategy • Provide technical leadership for AI initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure, especially Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, and Azure Machine Learning • Development of Generative AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, and fine-tuning • Definition of architecture, governance, security, and best practices for AI solutions • Experience in Machine Learning, Generative AI, and MLOps/LLMOps • Development in Python and integration with APIs and enterprise systems • Ability to technically lead initiatives and support the evolution of the organization's AI strategy • Microsoft AI certifications are a plus • Experience with Semantic Kernel, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar frameworks is a plus • Experience in financial institutions or large enterprises is a plus
