📋 Description

• Develop, train, evaluate, and deploy machine learning models to solve business problems and generate measurable impact • Analyze large and complex datasets using Python, SQL, Pandas, and NumPy to uncover insights and support data-driven decision-making • Apply statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and time-series forecasting techniques to business and operational challenges • Design and implement AI and Generative AI solutions using transformer-based models, prompt engineering techniques, and leading LLM platforms • Collaborate with ML Engineers and product teams to transition models from experimentation to production environments • Evaluate and recommend appropriate approaches by balancing traditional machine learning techniques with GenAI capabilities • Build and optimize data pipelines, model workflows, and analytics solutions that are scalable, maintainable, and efficient • Translate business requirements into practical AI, machine learning, and analytics solutions, particularly within Retail and FMCG use cases

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, Applied AI, or related analytical roles • Strong proficiency in Python, including experience with Pandas, NumPy, SQL, and data analysis best practices • Hands-on experience building, validating, and deploying machine learning models using scikit-learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch • Strong foundation in machine learning, statistics, predictive analytics, and time-series modeling • Experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs), including prompt engineering and integration with OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or open-source models • Ability to write clean, maintainable, well-structured code and apply software engineering best practices within data science projects • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and experience working with large datasets to solve real-world business challenges • Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment
