📋 Description

• Develop and deliver digital marketing campaigns supporting go-to-market objectives, including integrated marketing, ABM, lifecycle marketing, and partner channels • Define campaign execution strategy, technical requirements, and delivery timelines with cross-functional stakeholders • Execute end-to-end campaign development, including campaign and email builds, audience segmentation, testing, deployment, and continuous process improvement • Administer day-to-day marketing automation stack needs and assist with additional systems integrations • Track and deliver campaign KPIs and recommend ongoing optimization • Support lead lifecycle, lead nurturing, data cleansing, and workflow automation processes • Manage multiple campaigns and requests while maintaining detail and deliverable quality • Contribute to process documentation, templates, and enablement; share campaign best practices

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience executing campaigns within a marketing operations function • Deep hands-on expertise with Marketo, Salesforce, and marketing database management • Experience with Pendo, Zuddl, 6Sense, and AI automation tools is a plus • Superior communication skills; highly organized and self-motivated • Excellent attention to detail and process-oriented mindset • Strong independent project and stakeholder management skills • Demonstrated proficiency at handling multiple tasks and projects • Must be authorized to receive and access commodities and technologies controlled under U.S. Export Administration Regulations • Must be authorized to receive access to Motive products and technology
