📋 Description

• Contact prospective clients through cold calls and emails • Qualify existing leads and follow up on existing opportunities • Serve as the main point of contact for existing and potential customers, understand their needs, and provide exceptional customer service • Identify prospects' needs and challenges and suggest appropriate products/services • Set up meetings/calls between prospective clients and Account Executives • Reschedule and follow up with prospects when meetings do not occur

🎯 Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish • Strong work ethic and drive • Ability to handle rejection and persevere • Strong communication skills • Coachability and a team-focused mindset • Bachelor's degree required • Salesforce experience is a plus • Previous cold-calling experience is a plus • Applicant must be authorized to receive and access commodities and technologies controlled under U.S. Export Administration Regulations • Employees must be authorized to receive access to Motive products and technology
