📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes in partnership with leaders and People partners, ensuring clear criteria and evidence-based decisions. • Develop talent attraction, sourcing, and talent relationship strategies to broaden the diversity of applicants. • Structure and enhance selection processes and the candidate and employee journey by incorporating technology, AI, and automation. • Manage Gupy and LinkedIn Recruiter, and analyze time-to-hire, conversion, diversity, and candidate experience metrics to guide improvements. • Lead employer branding initiatives and coordinate onboarding for new employees. • Produce content and execute internal communications initiatives in line with Culture planning, while also supporting People events and programs.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed. • Experience leading end-to-end recruitment processes for different profiles and levels of seniority. • Experience aligning role profiles and providing consultative support to leaders. • Knowledge of talent attraction, sourcing, and competency-based selection strategies. • Experience structuring and improving processes and analyzing recruitment metrics. • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the autonomy to manage multiple deliverables. • Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in recruitment processes. • Experience recruiting and selecting professionals, particularly in education, public administration, and leadership development. • Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, or Looker Studio. • Experience building dashboards and analyzing metrics to guide decisions and improve recruitment processes.
