• Keep Altery’s internal channels fresh and engaging • Partner with People, Marketing, and Design teams to tell stories • Support communication around company-wide projects and launches • Plan and deliver global team events and cultural moments • Collaborate on social and employer brand content • Measure engagement and improve communication strategies.
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in internal communications (and possibly employer branding or social storytelling) • Strong writing and editing skills with clarity and warmth • Ability to create engaging content for internal audiences and social channels • Experience collaborating across teams and managing multiple projects • Confidence working with senior leaders and translating complex updates into simple stories • Deep care for culture and connection through communication.
