📋 Description

• Design, facilitate and deliver in-person, online and blended learning programs • Coach and support employees, managers and dealer partners in development and change processes • Develop and continuously improve modern learning concepts, training materials and digital learning formats • Advise and support the optimization of sales, service and leadership processes in the dealership environment • Ensure sustainable learning transfer through practical support and follow-up measures • Work closely with business units, managers and other stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree in education, psychology, business administration, communications management or a comparable qualification • Several years of experience as a trainer, coach, learning consultant or HR development specialist • Solid experience in automotive retail/dealership environments and knowledge of relevant sales, service and leadership processes • Experience designing, delivering and evolving training, coaching and development initiatives • Strong expertise in leadership, communication, change management and digitalization • Experience developing modern learning concepts and digital learning formats (e.g., blended learning, e‑learning) • Knowledge of modern learning technologies and learning platforms • Excellent communication, facilitation and consulting skills • Structured working style as well as project management and stakeholder management skills • Very good German and English skills, spoken and written • High willingness to travel across Germany
