• Design, facilitate and deliver in-person, online and blended learning programs • Coach and support employees, managers and dealer partners in development and change processes • Develop and continuously improve modern learning concepts, training materials and digital learning formats • Advise and support the optimization of sales, service and leadership processes within the dealership environment • Ensure sustainable learning transfer through practical on-the-job support and follow-up measures • Work closely with business units, leadership and other stakeholders
• Completed degree in Education, Psychology, Business Administration, Communications Management or a comparable qualification • Several years of experience as a Trainer, Coach, Learning Consultant or HR/Organizational Development specialist • Solid practical experience in sales and aftersales within the automotive industry and a deep understanding of the relevant sales, service and leadership processes • Proven ability to design, deliver and further develop training, coaching and development interventions • Expertise in developing modern learning concepts and digital learning formats (e.g. Blended Learning, E‑Learning) • Sound knowledge in Leadership, Communication, Change Management and Digitalization • Familiarity with modern learning technologies and learning platforms • Strong communication, facilitation and consulting skills • Structured working style and experience in project and stakeholder management • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken • Willingness to travel extensively within Germany
