🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a remote customer support role, ideally in fintech or tech startup environments • Proficient with support tools like Zendesk or similar ticketing systems • Customer-first mindset with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written • Thrives in fast-paced environment, you’re a strong multitasker with a high sense of urgency and a hands-on, team-oriented approach
