📋 Description

• Own the health, accuracy, and day-to-day management of the Amazon catalog across the US and Canada • Launch complete Amazon listings with accurate images, copy, A+ Content, keywords, backend fields, and variation structures • Refresh listing content, copy, imagery, and backend attributes • Partner with the Head of Marketing, Amazon consultants, and PPC agency to align listing priorities with channel and advertising performance • Build and maintain parent-child variation families • Troubleshoot stuck variations and rebuild parent listings when needed • Execute and validate flat file uploads for listings, pricing, inventory, and variations • Maintain clean and reliable backend catalog data • Assign and manage GS1 barcodes, SKUs, FNSKUs, and packaging references • Monitor keyword rank, category rank, listing performance, price suppressions, missing content, listing errors, and stranded inventory • Oversee account health and manage Seller Support cases through resolution • Maintain compliance with Amazon policies and Brand Registry requirements • Manage Brand Referral Bonus participation and verify external traffic tracking and attribution • Compile weekly Amazon metrics • Align daily priorities with the Head of Marketing • Manage tasks in ClickUp, communicate through Slack, and participate in the weekly L10 meeting

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on Amazon Seller Central experience • Experience managing the Amazon.com catalog of an established brand generating at least seven figures in annual revenue • Advanced knowledge of Amazon flat files and bulk catalog updates • Strong understanding of variations, Brand Registry, account health, and compliance • Proven experience resolving complex catalog issues end-to-end • Experience managing Amazon US and Canada marketplaces (nice-to-have) • Background with DTC, home improvement, plumbing, or consumer-product brands (nice-to-have) • Must be located in the Philippines • Must be legally authorized to work in the Philippines • Reliable computer, high-speed internet, and a quiet, dedicated workspace for remote work
