📋 Description

• Create item setups and maintain catalogs and product detail pages across Amazon, Walmart, and Target • Create and upload item setup bulk feed files • Fix listing issues, broken listings, variations, and suppressed listings • Follow up after uploads to ensure changes are successful • Log cases to push through remaining changes • Create new variations and edit existing variations • Upload images • Maintain internal item setup records • Communicate effectively with the team • Serve as an internal resource for Merchandising & Operations item setup troubleshooting • Identify and share faster or better ways to streamline catalog tasks • Conduct merchandising audits and execute necessary item updates when requested • Investigate downed listings and troubleshoot when requested • Support Merchandising & Operations specialists across each platform • Report to the Merchandising & Operations Manager

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of direct work / executional experience setting up, maintaining, and fixing items on Amazon, start to finish • Strong attention to detail, ability self-time manage, writing and communication skills a must • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Experience managing own tasks and creating new processes to streamline work is essential • Accountability and the ability to build trust is a must • Experience and success working from home as part of a virtual, remote culture • Right space to be able to conduct the role • Confidence in technology troubleshooting • Ability to manage work and life in a fully remote position • Must have a dedicated laptop that can run complex excel documents • Must have experience managing large Amazon catalogs, specifically thousands of SKUs, across multiple clients • Proactive communication, specifically the ability to provide detailed progress reports and flag potential problems early • Ability to handle bulk catalog tasks efficiently and navigate complex Amazon backend structures • Familiarity or experience setting up, maintaining, and fixing items on Walmart, Acenda, or Target is nice-to-have • Must be currently residing in the Philippines and legally authorized to work there
