📋 Description
• Respond to / solve inbound customer tickets, emails, live chats, and/or outbound calls. • Respond to request a call back enquiries • Participate in proactive customer campaigns i.e. surveys, new product launches etc. • Communicate with pharmacies on queries or issues as required • Assist internal stakeholders with Customer Service related tasks
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in a customer service environment • Strong english skills (verbal and written) • Strong technology skills and/or the ability to learn multiple systems (including Hubspot and Front) • Strong attention to detail • Experience problem solving with customers • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • A passion for health and wellbeing
