📋 Description

• Handle multiple financial reporting and data tasks concurrently while prioritizing workload and meeting deadlines • Support, maintain, and optimize internal financial tracking systems and models • Validate and review commission reports, expense reports, and receipts for accuracy, completeness, and consistency • Create advanced tracking systems and conditional formatting in desktop Excel • Manage P&L-related data, including revenue tracking, reconciliation, contribution margins, and financial records across systems • Coordinate with team members to gather financial data and build PowerPoint presentations • Participate in recruiter, client, and practical-test stages of the application process

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of proven experience in financial administration, financial analysis, or a closely related role • Demonstrated expertise in accurately managing, reviewing, and processing commission reports, expense reports, and invoicing workflows • Prior experience collaborating with or working directly within a US-based organization • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to build and maintain tracking systems using complex formulas and conditional formatting • Working knowledge of Monday.com or similar project management platforms • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to precise, accurate data entry and financial records • Reliable computer, high-speed internet, and a quiet, dedicated workspace ready for remote work • Currently residing in the Philippines and legally authorized to work there
