📋 Description

• Serve as the operational right hand to an executive or department head at a client business • Own operational outcomes by identifying gaps, designing fixes, and executing improvements • Clean and standardize business intelligence data and define meaningful KPIs • Build live dashboards and departmental scorecards with owners and targets • Run weekly leadership meetings, including agendas, decisions, ownership, and follow-through • Drive stalled initiatives and system migrations to completion • Consolidate quarterly initiatives into a single board for visibility and accountability • Map end-to-end business processes and identify dropped handoffs • Audit, reduce, and consolidate software subscriptions • Integrate platforms such as CRM and finance systems • Restructure file storage and permissions • Build AI agents, Claude workflows, and automations for repetitive work • Train teams to adopt implemented AI solutions • Map workforce responsibilities and identify work performed at the wrong level • Document SOPs and reduce single points of failure • Redefine role scopes and build accountability charts • Complete a one-month training program before placement • Work full-time as a permanent embedded member of a client team, with structured check-ins during the first 30, 60, and 90 days

🎯 Requirements

• Degree-educated — industrial engineering, business, finance, or a related discipline • At least 5 years in operations, process improvement, business analysis, or management consulting • Proven experience taking a business process end-to-end: mapping it, documenting it, improving it, and getting people to adopt the change • Strong written and spoken English • Comfortable with spreadsheets and data • Experience with at least one project management tool (ClickUp, Asana, Monday, or similar) • Self-starter able to ask the right questions, find the real problem, and build an independent plan • Resourceful and able to work without step-by-step instructions • Fast, self-directed learner able to pick up new tools and domains and take direct feedback • Willingness to roll up your sleeves in smaller teams • Able to commit to the full one-month training program before placement • Reliable home internet, a quiet workspace, and a working computer • Big 4 or management consulting background (nice-to-have) • Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement training (nice-to-have) • Hands-on no-code automation experience with Zapier, Make, or n8n (nice-to-have) • Dashboard-building experience in Looker Studio, Power BI, or Google Sheets (nice-to-have) • Practical AI experience beyond chat, including custom agents, structured prompt workflows, or Claude Skills (nice-to-have) • Exposure to e-commerce, agency, or founder-led business operations (nice-to-have) • Familiarity with EOS, Level 10 meetings, scorecards, accountability charts, or integrator support (nice-to-have)
