📋 Description

• Call drivers when human involvement is required. • Build trust and rapport with drivers. • Understand driver preferences, priorities, and qualifications. • Recommend the driving opportunity that best matches each driver's preferences. • Answer questions clearly and confidently. • Handle objections and concerns. • Follow up until applications are completed. • Ensure qualified drivers continue progressing through the recruiting process. • Review AI-generated conversation history before contacting drivers. • Review AI recommendations and determine the next best action. • Approve, edit, or override AI-generated messages and actions where appropriate. • Decide when AI should continue and when a recruiter should intervene. • Resolve situations the AI cannot confidently handle. • Ensure every qualified driver continues progressing through the recruiting process. • Maintain accurate CRM records and lead statuses. • Flag recurring issues or edge cases for the team.

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent spoken English with a neutral accent. • Strong phone presence. • Warm, confident, and persuasive communication skills. • High attention to detail. • Strong organizational skills. • Good judgment and comfort making decisions without rigid scripts. • Ability to quickly switch between conversations and tasks. • Comfortable learning new software and AI tools. • High coachability and reliability. • Candidates from any of the following backgrounds could be a great fit: • - Recruiting • - SDR • - Customer Success • - Customer Support • - Call Center • - Appointment Setting • - Staffing • - High-volume phone sales • - Previous trucking experience is not required.
