📋 Description

• Draft all written communications for the account lead, including emails, formal responses, and internal updates • Build and maintain weekly account presentations using data and executive-ready narratives • Monitor account performance metrics and proactively surface anomalies or risks • Track open action items and commitments through closure • Prepare briefing materials for meetings and calls • Coordinate rapid internal responses to partner requests, timelines, and follow-through • Pull and analyze data from BigQuery and dashboards to answer business questions and support strategy • Maintain logs of partner commitments, decisions, and status updates

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent command of written and verbal English; candidates will be assessed • Finished university degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, or a similarly rigorous field • Availability to work full US business hours (PST) • At least 2–4 years of full-time private sector experience requiring analytical output and professional written communication • No disciplinary actions regarding attendance, conduct, and/or performance in the past 90 days • Proficiency in SQL and Excel • High-speed, reliable internet connection for US-hours collaboration • Resume must be submitted in English
