📋 Description
• End-to-end responsibility for 1–3 concurrent web and mobile projects • Translating client requirements into well-defined user stories • Facilitating agile ceremonies within cross-functional teams • Acting as the central interface between development, design, and stakeholders • Monitoring product and usage metrics after release • Presenting outcomes in regular review meetings • Contributing to the ongoing development of processes and standards in the Product & Tech environment
🎯 Requirements
• At least 3 years of professional experience as a Product Owner in a digital environment • Business-fluent German and English • Strong technical understanding • Solid knowledge of agile frameworks (Scrum and/or Kanban) • Practical experience with Jira and Confluence • Experience in agency or startup environments (nice-to-have) • Experience with mobile apps (iOS/Android) (nice-to-have) • Basic knowledge of at least one programming language (nice-to-have) • Degree in business informatics, project management, or a related field (nice-to-have)
