• Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with distributors to maximize performance and achieve sales targets. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, prospects, and market segments to drive revenue growth. • Manage existing accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, repeat business, and long-term partnerships. • Develop and implement sales strategies, promotional activities, and campaigns to meet business objectives. • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform business decisions and improve performance. • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts; provide regular updates to management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. • 5–8 years of experience in business development, sales, or distributor management, preferably in industrial, petroleum, or related sectors. • Proven track record in both hunting for new business and farming existing accounts. • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies.
