• Conduct the end-to-end sales process (qualification, outreach, negotiation, and closing); • Build and maintain relationships with leads via WhatsApp; • Position the course as a high-impact solution for the student’s future; • Manage pipeline in the CRM and keep interaction history updated; • Participate in weekly training focused on consultative empathy and sales techniques; • Work with monthly targets (minimum of 10 sales/month); • Handle objections related to price and investment; • Maintain discipline, motivation, and focus while working remotely.
