📋 Description

• Answer inbound calls from clients and leads professionally and promptly • Make outbound calls for scheduling, follow-ups, and client communication • Coordinate appointments, reminders, and calendar management • Assist with basic administrative and organizational support tasks • Make calls to negotiate with outside vendors as needed • Provide daily updates and maintain consistent communication with the business owner • Handle light client onboarding or follow-up tasks as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• C1/C2 level spoken and written English — must be clear and easy to understand • Past experience making both inbound and outbound calls is required • Highly organized and proactive with excellent time management • Able to communicate professionally and confidently over the phone and in writing • Comfortable using basic business tools (Google Workspace, calendars, task trackers, etc.)
