📋 Description

• Write job posts and publish them on LinkedIn • Quality-check candidates passed through by recruiters • Interview candidates • Communicate with clients through email, text, and phone • Send candidate profiles, hiring updates, and interview information to clients • Coordinate interviews via WhatsApp and email • Handle offers and hiring documents • Manage replacement searches • Support clients throughout their replacement guarantee • Follow up with clients who stop responding or delay hiring decisions • Keep every hiring process organized and moving quickly • Own the hiring process from job post through successful placement

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent spoken and written English (C1/C2 fluency) • 1–3 years of experience as a recruiter, client-facing customer service representative, or in quality control • Extremely organized • Quick and professional communication • Comfortable speaking with U.S. business owners • Strong judgment and attention to detail • Comfortable making judgment calls about candidate quality • Ability to follow up without reminders • Tech-savvy • Ability to work independently without constant supervision • Strong sense of ownership • Recruiting, quality control, or customer-success experience is helpful • Resume and LinkedIn profile required for application • Short Loom video introducing yourself required for application • Written explanation of strength in managing both clients and candidates required for application
