📋 Description

• Provide comprehensive HR generalist support across the organization, including employee relations, policy development, and compliance • Develop and manage the full recruiting lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience. Aidin works with external recruiters and you would manage those relationships • Lead the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming integration into the company culture • Design and execute our annual performance review process, including goal setting, feedback collection, and performance calibration • Coach and advise managers on HR best practices, performance management, employee development, and other people-related matters • Implement and manage HR systems and tools to improve efficiency and data accuracy • Foster a positive and inclusive company culture, championing Aidin's values and commitment to diversity • Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement people strategies that align with business objectives • Stay up-to-date on HR trends, best practices, and employment laws to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• 8 to 10 years of professional experience in HR, recruiting, or People Operations • Comfortable in a fast-moving, collaborative, fully remote startup environment • Excellent written and in person communication skills • Experience with HR management software tool, Rippling is a plus, but not required • Extra credit for experience in growth-stage businesses like Aidin
