📋 Description

• Support Mid to Enterprise clients by evaluating business and product requirements • Generate functional specifications and act as a liaison between customers and engineering teams • Own and drive new features from high-level requirements through operational delivery • Prepare and develop technical presentations and product demonstrations • Set up trials or POCs to explain company products or services to customers • Collaborate with customers and sales teams to understand requirements and provide sales support • Research, develop, and modify products to meet customers' technical requirements and needs • Help customers with problems involving installed products and recommend improved or upgraded materials and machinery • Solicit and log client feedback and evaluate data to create sales and marketing strategies • Identify areas for improvement and communicate issues and possible solutions to upper management • Train sales team members on the technical aspects of company products and services

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, marketing, business administration, or related field • Experience in sales and the technology field • Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and technical sales skills • Ability to explain technical information to non-technical customers • Excellent technical and problem-solving skills • Good leadership and teamwork skills • Willingness to continue sales and engineering education • 5 years of experience in IT software • Knowledge of databases, CRM, and programming languages • Good understanding of APIs and Postman for testing and integration • Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or HubSpot CRM platforms • Knowledge of SQL, data warehousing, ERP integrations, ERP systems, and their application in business processes
