• Evaluate client needs and recommend Medicare plans. • Conduct plan reviews, guide enrollment, and educate on Medicare eligibility and options. • Prospect new leads, handle inbound/outbound calls, and drive sales. • Maintain a strong client pipeline and ensure high-quality follow-up. • Meet and exceed sales goals and metrics. • Use CRM tools for managing client information and tracking progress. • Stay updated on industry trends, products, and compliance regulations.
• Active Health & Life license. • Current AHIP certificate required before starting. • Job stability and tenure in previous roles. • 3+ years of inbound/outbound sales experience, preferably in a call center environment. • Strong phone presence and communication skills. • Bilingual in Spanish preferred. • Proficient in CRM Software and Microsoft Office. • Self-motivated, tech-savvy, and coachable.
