📋 Description

• Telephone outreach to complete incomplete customer inquiries • Follow-up on previously sent offers/quotes • Support in the sales process and customer service • Outreach to lukewarm leads and prospects • Maintenance and structured management of customer data • Ensuring reliable and process-compliant communication

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken • Clear and professional telephone manner • Experience in customer service, sales, or telephone-based customer communication is an advantage • Strong self-organization and ability to work independently • Reliability and consistent adherence to established processes • Friendly and professional demeanor in customer interactions
