• Bachelors’ degree combined with a minimum of 9 to 11 years of relevant experience or a combination of education and relevant experience • Must have a bachelors degree and 1 year of job-related experience per DOE O 426.2. • Extensive knowledge of DOE Order 426.2; and other guidance for training and qualifications records especially those impacting nuclear facilities and activities • Extensive knowledge of ADDIE, SAT, and other instructional design methodologies • Extensive knowledge of eLearning standards, instructor-led training, and other training delivery methods. • Excellent communication skills to effectively convey thoughts clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing to diverse audiences • Extensive knowledge and experience leading technical teams as well as working as part of a large team • Demonstrated high proficiency in training program development and delivery, preferably at DOE nuclear facilities • Effective interpersonal skills with ability to work/interact effectively and amicably with people from diverse backgrounds and cultures and with diverse personal attributes • Ability to train and mentor junior staff to higher levels of performance • Prior experience with Articulate or other eLearning software • Level of language skills, mathematical skills, communication skills, reasoning ability and computer skills necessary to perform essential functions of the job.
