📋 Description

• Own the full sales cycle from inbound lead qualification to close, focusing on mid-market accounts • Engage technical buyers, guiding them through the evaluation process • Manage and expand an already strong US pipeline—50% of our pipeline is US-based • Work closely with Solutions Engineers and Customer Success to demonstrate the power of n8n • Refine and shape our US sales motion alongside leadership • Be a key voice in our US expansion, helping to build the foundation for future growth.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS sales role (Mid-Market AE or similar) • Proven success in closing technical deals, ideally with developer-focused or open-source products • Track record of being in the top 10% of your sales team • Proven track record in outbound sales • Strong ability to drive deals from inbound pipeline • Experience working with technical buyers and navigating proof-of-concept evaluations • Entrepreneurial mindset • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, hybrid startup environment • Bonus points: Experience with open source, developer tools, PLG companies and/or startups at Series A-C stage. • Based in Boston, New York or Texas.
