📋 Description

• Understand clients’ business use cases and technical requirements and convert them into technical designs • Design scalable, secure, and cost-efficient backend platforms for LLM inference, RAG pipelines, and agent-based orchestration • Promote code quality agents and modern CI/CD practices • Collaborate with Product Managers and Architects to define deliverables and technical strategy • Drive integration of AI/ML capabilities into products • Define frontend architecture and UX patterns for AI-native applications • Lead complex GenAI workflows combining LLMs, tools, APIs, structured data, and user context • Troubleshoot AI model and implementation issues • Create and maintain AI model documentation • Establish engineering standards for prompt design, model integration, evaluation, and observability • Drive GenAI platformisation through reusable components, SDKs, and frameworks • Partner with product, design, data, and business leaders on scalable technical solutions • Review critical designs and codebases and unblock teams on complex technical challenges • Lead technical discovery and solutioning for high-impact initiatives and client or executive workshops • Ensure security, privacy, compliance, governance, and responsible AI readiness • Use AI-assisted development tools while maintaining production-grade quality • Map technical decisions to requirements and communicate them to developers • Evaluate alternative solutions and select the best fit for client requirements • Define NFR guidelines and benchmarks • Write and review architecture and high-level design documents • Review architecture and design for extensibility, scalability, security, design patterns, UX, and NFRs • Develop overall solutions and define technologies, patterns, and frameworks • Apply technology integration learnings in projects • Resolve code and review issues through systematic root-cause analysis • Conduct POCs to validate proposed designs and technologies

🎯 Requirements

• 11+ years of total experience • 10+ years of software engineering experience • Strong expertise in Python and modern frontend frameworks, especially React • Proven experience architecting and delivering production-grade Generative AI applications at scale • Experience designing and implementing ML, generative AI, and agentic AI models and algorithms • Ability to drive backend deployment, security reviews, and QA pipelines • Experience integrating RAG APIs and vector database pipelines • Experience integrating cloud and on-premises AI algorithms • Ability to optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and efficiency • Experience developing and maintaining AI pipelines, including data preprocessing, feature extraction, model training, and evaluation • Ability to lead teams building AI products and solutions using agile methodology • Experience managing delivery across pods building scalable AI and API services • Deep understanding of LLM integration patterns, RAG systems, and AI-driven UX design • Experience with DataRobot for architecting and building GenAI solutions, RAG agents, and deployments • Experience defining technical strategy and influencing architecture across teams or pods • Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and distributed systems • Strong understanding of security, privacy, and governance for enterprise AI • Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into durable technical architectures • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders and technical leadership • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
