📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end delivery of technology programs and projects within the Banking & Financial Services domain • Coordinate project teams to ensure timely delivery, quality standards, and customer satisfaction • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders, acting as a trusted delivery partner • Support account management and business development activities by identifying opportunities for account growth and collaborating with sales teams • Monitor project budgets, revenue, resource utilization, and financial performance to ensure successful program execution • Prepare and present project status reports, MIS reports, risk assessments, and executive updates • Collaborate with technical leads, architects, and delivery teams to resolve issues and ensure successful implementation • Apply established project management methodologies to manage scope, schedules, risks, dependencies, and project governance • Work within Agile and Scrum delivery environments, supporting effective planning, execution, and continuous improvement • Contribute to project estimations, planning, and solution discussions during pre-sales and project initiation phases • Travel to customer locations as required to support project delivery and stakeholder engagement

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field • Experience managing technology programs or multiple projects in an enterprise environment • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and delivery best practices • Experience in account management and business development, with the ability to identify opportunities for expanding client engagements • Previous experience in a technical role such as Technical Lead, Software Engineer, or Solution Lead before moving into program management • Experience working in Agile and Scrum development environments • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and client engagement skills • Experience managing project budgets, revenue tracking, forecasting, and MIS reporting • Mandatory experience in the Banking & Financial Services domain • Experience with Agile project scoping is an advantage • Willingness to travel on short notice based on project requirements
