📋 Description

• Management of complex international technology transfer and MSAT projects • Responsible for the technical implementation of product and process transfers • Ensuring compliance with international GMP and regulatory requirements • Conducting technical assessments at external manufacturing partners and production sites • Preparation, review and approval of technical documentation within a GMP environment • Development and continuous improvement of SOPs, risk analyses and validation documentation • Technical point of contact for complex pharmaceutical questions and manufacturing processes • Managing technical evaluations as part of new product and transfer projects • Close collaboration with Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Production and external partners • Coordination of cross-functional projects with international stakeholders • Analysis of technical challenges and development of sustainable solutions • Ensuring timely delivery of challenging project objectives

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in a scientific discipline, e.g., Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biotechnology or equivalent • Several years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including at least 6 years in MSAT, Technology Transfer or Manufacturing • Experience leading complex international projects with multiple interfaces • Solid knowledge of international GMP requirements and regulatory guidelines • Strong technical understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing and transfer processes • Experience working in matrix organizations and providing technical leadership to interdisciplinary project teams • Structured, analytical and solution-oriented working style with high self-initiative • Excellent communication and organizational skills in an international environment • Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken.
