• Lead and manage operational excellence initiatives to drive process improvement across the organization. • Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency, reduce waste, and improve the quality of patient care. • Utilize data analytics to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement. • Monitor the effectiveness of implemented process changes using key performance indicators (KPIs). • Develop and maintain documentation of processes, policies, and procedures. • Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership to inform strategic decision-making.
• 3-5 years of experience in process improvement, data analytics, and Lean methodologies. • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI). • Intrinsic communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams. • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on consistently delivering quality work product. • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field. • Articulate and influential public speaker.
