📋 Description

• Managing a high-volume portfolio of SMB advertisers with clear revenue and retention targets • Acting as the primary point of contact for your accounts, ensuring a smooth and positive client experience • Advising clients on suitable native products and packages based on their goals and budgets • Renewing, upselling, and crossselling activity in a straightforward, value-led way • Working closely with Campaign Management to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and on time • Responding quickly and clearly to client queries and requests • Managing pipeline, renewals, and forecasting accurately via CRM tools

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in account management, sales support, or customer-facing roles • Comfortable managing multiple accounts and priorities at pace • Clear, confident communicator who can explain products simply and effectively • Commercially aware and comfortable having pricing and renewal conversations • Organised and process-driven, with good attention to detail • Resilient and adaptable you don’t get flustered by volume or change • Curious and proactive in spotting opportunities for account growth
