• Develop forward-looking market strategies and initiatives based on solid analyses and drive their implementation • Analyze data, market trends, customer needs and competitors to identify business opportunities • Manage cross-functional initiatives to ensure growth and differentiation • Produce well-founded market and competitive analyses to inform management and product teams • Generate and promote creative ideas and oversee the implementation of new concepts • Create and maintain sales enablement materials such as product descriptions and sales pitches
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification • Experience in market and competitive analysis and in supporting sales cycles – ideally in an IT environment • Basic understanding of business processes • Ability to present complex topics clearly and persuasively • Confident user of MS Office – especially PowerPoint, Word and Excel • Fluent in German and English – both spoken and written • Willingness to travel regularly
