📋 Description

• Strategic management of large or complex client accounts for Amazon Advertising • Development and execution of cross-channel campaign strategies for Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Display and, where applicable, DSP • Management of defined KPIs such as TACoS, ROAS, revenue and brand awareness • Independent budget and forecast planning including seasonal performance management • Preparation and presentation of quarterly or annual strategies, roadmaps, performance forecasts and recommended actions • Professional sparring and coaching of Advertising Specialists and Junior Managers • Contribution to internal processes, quality standards and scaling strategies • Collaboration with team leads, management as well as content, creative and project management departments • Identification of new levers, formats and tests for continuous performance optimization

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Amazon Advertising (SP, SB, SD, and optionally DSP) • Deep understanding of funnel construction, segmentation, bidding strategies and attribution models • Confident handling of bulk files, brand metrics, search term reports, placements and portfolios • Analytical strength and ability to derive clear recommendations from data • Experience in strategic client management including presentation of results and performance analyses • Structured, proactive and independent working style • Enjoyment in sharing knowledge and coaching team members professionally • Fluent German (C2) • Good English (B2+)
